But, as you say, I won’t read it until I know when I am going back to France, as I get homesick enough just watching le Tour de France on live TV here in Georgia. When my mother was still living I used to go back home to Paris twice a year but now not so often, last year we went to Nice but are not going this year. Plus reading about French food.. oh la la! My cousin is a gourmet and she cooks superbly – when we visit her she makes sure to have un plat de fromages with at least a dozen varieties….and all the different wines to accompany them… Sigh!
